I have a G-35 that is due for an oil change. The closest Infiniti dealership is 45 miles away and they don’t open on weekends. Can I get an oil change from a Nissan dealership instead since they are a sister company? Will the quality be the same?

The only difference between Infinity and Nissan is the badge and $10,000-$30,000 on the sticker. It’s a Nissan engine under there anyways.

For honda etc and more pricey but there shouldnt be the high end of our way to go that far when we also have to drive maybe 20 miles to make sure.
