Is there a big difference in upgrading a regular Infiniti FX35 air box filter into a High-Flow Air Intakes?

I have a ‘04 Infiniti FX35 using a K&N Air box filter. I’m thinking of upgrading it to an after market High-Flow Air Intake. Is this kind of upgrade really worth the money and effort? Is there a big difference in car performance and gas savings in doing this? Please give me the Pro’s and Con’s. Thank you.

    pros

    it’s mostly for show unless you do following with high air flow muffler and other upgrades.

    cons..

    1.may suck hot air from engine during hot traffic days, may suck rain water, etc all equal bad news
    2. cost over $200
    3.noisy
