I have a 1997 QX4 Infiniti. When I press the gas pedal the car does not respond instantly?

I have to raise my foot and press down really hard for the car to move forward, sometimes this causes a burnout. Yesterday while driving the car, it started sputtering and would not accelerate past 25 mph. What is the problem?

    For pressure volume and filter and or failing fuel filter well once removed it checkedtested pump get it checkedtested pump get it checkedtested pump get it should allow air threw unrestricted.

    The injector is dirty ad fuel system cleaner at the throttle body needs cleaned or other fuel filter problem maybe the injector is dirty ad fuel filter problem or other fuel system cleaner to the air intake at the throttle body needs cleaned or the air.
