    2004 Infinitis have a longer warranty than other years. Take the car to the dealer and find out if you’re still covered. In any event, you need a passenger seat switch which controls the forward and back motion as well as the seat back angle. If either motion of the seat works you may have a bad seat motor. If both switches are inoperative go for the switch assy.
