Recently I took my car to a mechanic because of a clinking noise coming from the front left tire. They said it was a rock stuck behind the heatshield, they removed it, the sound went away. Now the sound is back (I live on a gravel driveway, so this makes sense.) I’m wondering if I can remove the tire and get the rock out myself or it is more complicated than that.
